Detienen a cuatro sujetos tras allanamiento en la población Santa Teresa de Nueva Imperial

Cuatro personas quedaron detenidas por Carabineros luego de un allanamiento efectuado el martes 19 de febrero en un inmueble de la población Santa Teresa de Nueva Imperial.

El operativo fue instruido por la Fiscalía y participaron efectivos de la Sección de Investigaciones Policiales (SIP) de la Cuarta Comisaría, del GOPE, OS7 y Fuerzas Especiales.

Decomiso

Durante el procedimiento los funcionarios policiales incautaron artículos de valor, cuya procedencia es materia de investigación, y drogas.

La intervención dejó a tres sujetos detenidos por el delito de receptación y otro por infringir la Ley de drogas.  Carabineros, informó además que los imputados mantienen diversos antecedentes penales.

Todos fueron puesto a disposición de los tribunales para el control de la detención y la presentación de los cargos.
